   Villa del Lauro has been recreated into a small boutique hotel from an old Baroque style mansion house in the historic town of Ragusa in south east Sicily.     Sicilian holidays tend to focus on the north and east coasts accessed via Palermo and Catania, but exploring the rugged south coast will be easier now that Ryanair flies four times a week to Comiso. A short drive from the airport is the city of Ragusa, known for its Baroque architecture and the central Piazza Duomo, which comes to life in the evening with restaurants, including three with Michelin stars.
